Competitions and Performances
Our athletes are trained in readiness for various competitions during the year. During 2009 we attended events in Whangarei, Manukau and Waitakere, with great successes at all of them. We have achieved a National Title in Partner Stunting, and received many Second and Third placings in the various divisions our teams compete in. In 2010 we have more athletes and more teams, so our expectations are for a very successful year.
Our teams are ready to add a bit of pizazz to your games or promotions. Our cheerleaders are happy to perform their routines at school events or galas, parades, sporting events, or any social gathering where we can add some colour and excitement. We can even include your name in our Cheer!
For information about how to get one of our teams to your event, contact us at – office@pacific-cheer.com and we will be happy to make arrangements. It won't cost you a cent!

The PCDA is a not for profit incorporated society which was established to assist its members with some of the costs associated with the sport. The PCDA applies to various organisations for sponsorship and grants and organises various fundraising events during the year to fundraise for the association. We also assist with arranging fundraising for individual members (such as sausage sizzles) to raise funds for their own personal fundraising accounts (which they can use for fees, cheer gear etc).
The PCDA committee are responsible for deciding how the funds are allocated. In 2011 our members received cheer shoes from the US, cheer gear bags, cheer jewellery & other assorted treats. The PCDA also applies for sponsorship and grants to purchase equipment for the gym from time to time.
Throughout the year the PCDA will keep members (and parents) updated via e-mail and newsletters as to what group fundraising events are planned. Members and parents are expected to assist where possible.
